Internal Diagnostics

Level 1 & 2

Comprehensive chimney sweeps

Thorough wire-brush clearing of soot, ash, and blockages from the smoke chamber up to the crown, executed with protective drop cloths staging.

Chemical Treatment

Rotary creosote remediation

Specialized mechanical removal of hardened Stage-2 and Stage-3 glazed creosote deposits that standard brushes cannot dislodge.

Video Inspection

Internal flue camera diagnostics

Detailed push-camera recordings that reveal hidden cracks, missing mortar joints, and tile deterioration inside the flue liner.

Draft Restoration

Smoke chamber parging

Applying refractory mortar smoothing coats to rough smoke chambers to optimize draft efficiency and prevent dangerous heat transfer.

Structural Safeguards

Masonry repairs and household venting

Defending your property against water intrusion, freeze-thaw spalling, and combustible lint blockages.

Crown concrete sealing

Tuckpointing & flashing

Stainless spark arrestors

Dryer vent maintenance

Pouring and waterproofing concrete chimney crowns to stop destructive water leaks from entering the vertical brick stack.

Routing out damaged mortar joints and replacing rusted step flashing around the roofline to maintain weather-tight seals.

Installing sturdy multi-flue caps and animal guards that prevent bird nesting while stopping stray embers from reaching the roof.

High-pressure rotary brush cleaning of heavy lint buildup in long residential dryer exhaust runs to eliminate fire risks.

Methodical Care

The zero-mess sweep protocol

Camera verification

Heavy rubber runners and sealed polyethylene drop cloths are laid across your entire hearth and living room flooring before tools enter.

Industrial HEPA extraction units run continuously during the sweep to capture airborne soot and microscopic ash before they settle.

Flexible rod systems clear the flue from bottom to top or top to bottom depending on your specific roof pitch and firebox design.

A final digital inspection guarantees the flue is completely cleared and structurally sound before our crew packs up cleanly.
